Temporary loos on their way to seaside resort

It follows long-standing concerns that a shortage of loos in tourist areas is putting visitors off.
They will be installed near the Memorial Garden steps, close to the RNLI building, North East Lincolnshire Council said.
Last year, temporary plastic toilets were vandalised on multiple occasions, resulting in them being withdrawn earlier than planned.
North East Lincolnshire CouncilAccording to the Local Democracy Reporting Service, a council spokesperson said: "In the coming weeks, temporary toilets are being installed at the foot of the steps between Central Promenade and Alexandra Road for the summer season."
A policy which has been in place since 2020 means all public toilets in the resort are free to use.
