Watch: Disco dancers enjoy a daytime boogie

A group of dancers have found a new venue to continue their daytime discos after the closure of a charity that previously hosted the events.

The Waveney Centre, owned by the Access Community Trust, ran the discos for older adults, but when the charity shut in February it left the social group with no dancefloor.

The events were saved by the Beccles Caxton Club and the dancers were back again on Friday.

"It's lovely to see them all here dancing and we're really pleased that we were able to provide them with a new premises to come and do their dancing; they're having a great time," said Maria Reeder, from the Beccles Caxton Club.
