Cameras have gained a glimpse into one of the UK's biggest rail freight depots, where containers are loaded and unloaded around the clock.
With 38 freight trains passing through every day, the depot at the Port of Felixstowe plays a key role in moving goods around the country.
A recent study by Network Rail found a single freight train could take up to 75 lorries off the road.
The government wants to increase freight carried by rail by 40% over the next 15 years, which will require more than £500m of upgrades to major rail junctions - including Haughley in Suffolk and Ely in Cambridgeshire.
