Motorway disruption after lorry sheds load
National HighwaysDrivers are being warned of delays on a stretch of the M4 after a lorry shed its load.
It happened on the motorway westbound between junction 13 for Chieveley and junction 14 for the Hungerford Interchange.
National Highways said the load of metal equipment and large plastic frames along with a spillage went across lanes one and two.
It said the debris had been cleared and a treatment applied to the damaged road surface had proved successful, allowing all lanes to reopen. Drivers were being warned to allow extra time for their journeys while congestion clears.
