Teenage boy charged with 22 sexual offences

A 15-year-old boy has been charged with 22 sexual offences following an investigation.

Northamptonshire Police said the charges against the teenager, who cannot be named due to his age, included 12 counts of sexually assaulting a female.

He was also charged with one count of raping a girl under 13, and one count of raping a girl aged between 13 and 15.

The charges relate to incidents between 2022 and 2025, when 10 girls were sexually assaulted.

The boy will appear at Wellingborough Youth Court on 23 June.
