The news across the West Midlands can often feel bleak to us, but there are still lots of positive and more uplifting moments happening, and we want to celebrate and share them.

This week, an artist helped Harry Potter actor David Bradley take up painting, a boy climbed the equivalent of the height of Mount Everest for charity and a Timbersports champion began preparing for her next contest, just weeks after giving birth.
