From an escaped tortoise to paintings created by rats, these positive stories have been making the news over the last week

While the headlines are often filled with more serious stories, there are still plenty of positive and happier moments happening across the West Midlands, and we want to celebrate and share them.

This week, a runaway tortoise was found yards away from its home after it escaped, a student turned to selling paintings created by her pet rats and a 80-year-old grandmother jumped out of a plane at 10,000ft (3km).
