Two men have been charged following the discovery of a large cannabis farm in a disused tannery near Bradford.

Police raided Park Road Tannery in Bingley on Sunday after tip-offs from members of the public, finding 650 cannabis plants with an estimated street value of £500,000.

According to West Yorkshire Police, two Albanian nationals had since been charged with production of a controlled Class B drug.

The two men appeared at Leeds Magistrates' Court earlier and were remanded in custody ahead of a hearing at Leeds Crown Court in December.
