Rapper Digga D has been ordered to pay back more than £200,000 he earned from dealing drugs or face two years in prison.

The drill star, whose real name is Rhys Herbert, was jailed for three years and 11 months in January 2025 after admitting importing and selling 99lbs (45kg) of cannabis.

He was arrested while doing a livestream at a property near Lincoln in February 2024.

Herbert, 25, who has since been released from prison, was made the subject of a Proceeds of Crime Act order at Lincoln Crown Court on Wednesday, which was told he had benefited to the tune of £201,039 from his crimes.

Judge Simon Hirst made a confiscation order for the amount and gave Herbert three months to pay or face an additional two-year jail sentence.

Defence barrister Ryan Thompson confirmed the musician had the funds to pay back the money.

He was also ordered to pay £2,000 in court costs.

Herbert, of Notting Hill in west London, followed the proceedings by video link.
