Man arrested over four-car crash in Aberdeen
BBCA man has been arrested over a serious crash in Aberdeen which resulted in three people being taken to hospital.
The four-vehicle collision happened on Wednesday afternoon on Garthdee Road at the junction of Inchbrae Road.
Police Scotland said the three people taken to hospital were aged 15, 17 and 20.
"A 50-year-old man was arrested in connection with a road traffic offence and inquiries are ongoing," a spokesperson said.

The crash happened at about 13:30.
The road was closed to allow investigations to take place and re-opened at about 20:00.
The Scottish Ambulance Service said three special operations response teams, two ambulances and a critical care team were sent to the scene.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) sent two appliances and a heavy rescue unit to the area.
