More teenagers charged over stabbing near mosque

Three more teenagers have been charged with murder following the fatal stabbing of an 18-year-old outside a mosque.

Zeshan Afzal was found with serious injuries following disorder on Oldbury Road in Smethwick, West Midlands, on 20 February. He died from his wounds shortly afterwards.

Two 18-year-olds, Aaman Khalil and Rehaan Siddique, along with a 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named due to his age were charged. The trio were due to appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court later.

Thirteen teenagers have now been charged with murder since Afzal's death. Police are still urging anyone with information who has not yet spoken to officers to do so.
