Man arrested after sexual assault near M1 services
BBCA man has been arrested after a woman was sexually assaulted near a service station on the M1 in Leicestershire.
Leicestershire Police was called to reports of the assault in Baines Lane - an access road that links Leicester Forest East services with the A47 Hinckley Road - between 18:20 and 18:40 BST on Saturday.
The force said a woman in her 20s was grabbed from behind by a man before being pulled to the ground and sexually assaulted. The man ran away after she shouted for help.
Detectives arrested a 59-year-old man on suspicion of attempted rape at the same services on Tuesday. He remains in custody.
