The power cut at Bournemouth station has been resolved but disruption is still expected

Disruption is expected on services through Bournemouth station into Monday evening after an earlier power cut there.

South Western Railways said services between London Waterloo and Weymouth could be cancelled, delayed by up to two hours or revised.

The power cut has been resolved but trains will each need to be moved separately to test safety systems in the area after they were left out of place.

The company said it expects disruption to last until at least 19:00 BST.
