Coffee shop reaps rewards of Albion's flying form
Getty ImagesA bakery has been reaping the rewards of Brighton & Hove Albion's rich vein of form with players purchasing rounds of coffee to celebrate games in which they have not conceded any goals.
The Flour Pot Bakery in Brighton said it was invited to the training ground to serve first team players and goalkeeper Bart Verbruggen was normally the one to foot the bill.
Mariana Katsouris, from the bakery, told BBC Radio Sussex: "He always likes to treat the team and everyone else."
The Seagulls currently sit third in the Premier League, with Sunday's resounding 5-0 win over rivals Crystal Palace their fourth match in a row without conceding in all competitions.
Katsouris said: "It's a great honour to be part of their success and part of the journey this season.
"It's great for us as they support a local independent business and we help them support their goals."
