Chip shop murder suspect re-arrested as victim named
BBCA suspect has been re-arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of a 54-year-old man who was attacked in a fish and chip shop.
A 25-year-old man from Stockbridge Village, Merseyside, was being questioned on suspicion of murder, after the death of a man who was assaulted inside The Village Chippy, off Leach Croft.
The suspect was initially arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent after the incident on Friday. He was re-arrested on Tuesday.
The victim has been named as Carl Ennis, also from Stockbridge Village.
