Ecstatic Hull City fans celebrate as the full-time whistle blows at Wembley

There were cheers and lots of tears as thousands of Hull City fans celebrated their club's Wembley play-off final win earlier.

The Tigers beat Middlesbrough 1-0 to secure a place in the Premier League next season, courtesy of Oli McBurnie's late, close-range strike.

The 1-0 result means the Tigers are promoted to the top flight after nine years away.

Fans will be able to celebrate the club's victory with an open-top bus parade through the city's streets on Monday, it has been confirmed.

The parade will begin in Ferensway at 15:10 BST and tour the city before arriving at City Hall about an hour later.
