New Tiger mural celebrates Hull City's success
BBCFootball fans coming to games at Hull City will be greeted by a mural which has been painted on the wall of a pub near the city's railway station.
The artwork, on the side of the Tigers Lair, depicts a tiger and its cub alongside the club's former ground.
Artist Steve Dixon, also known as SD Art, said the mural was inspired by families who have attended games together over the years, including him and his nephew.
"It meant a lot to paint. I obviously love painting tigers as well, but it means more," he said.
Dixon said the mural had taken about 10 hours in total.
He added he wanted to include Boothferry Park, the club's home before the MKM Stadium, to "bring back the past to where [they] are now."
