Wall Street under pressure as oil prices creep up
Oil prices are nearing 100 US dollars a barrel for Brent crude, which comes after authorities in Saudi Arabia say that operations at some of the nation's energy facilities had to be halted following drone and missile attacks by the Iranian-backed Houthis in Yemen.
Samira Hussain spoke to Ryan Lynch, Senior Vice President at Zelniker Dorfman in Sarasota Florida. He says high oil prices are beginning to worry Wall Street as they could push inflation up and raise the risk of an interest rate rise when the US Federal Reserve Board of Governors meets next week.
