Will anyone turn up in Islamabad for peace talks?
US President Donald Trump announced on 21 April that the US will extend the ceasefire with Iran, to allow the regime more time to create a "unified proposal" to end the war.
However, Mr Trump has also said that the US blockade on Iranian ports will continue. A blockade that Iran has said must be ended before they come to the negotiating table.
The BBC's South Asian correspondent Azadeh Moshiri is in Islamabad, where preparations for the peace talks continue, despite no confirmed date when they will take place.
