'There is no hospital crisis' - health minister

Health Minister Tom Binet told civil servants to finalise the deal with the contractor for the new hospital despite concerns from senior officials including the former treasury minister.

However, speaking to the BBC on Tuesday, he says he had the full backing of the government.
