BBC's Ione Wells: What has the US actually achieved in Iran?

A temporary ceasefire with Iran was fixed just before the deadline on 7 April. It comes after a month-long war between Iran, and the US and Israel, was launched 28 February and led to the closure of the Strait of Hormuz.

In a post to TruthSocial on 8 April, Trump said that the US will work with Iran, 'which we have determined has gone through what will be a very productive Regime Change!' But what's the US actually achieved in Iran?
