Customer secures refund after parcel theft caught on camera
Annabel Skelly was waiting for an online order to be delivered when her neighbours shared some footage from their doorbell camera. It showed a man taking the package from her porch.
Ms Skelly told the BBC she was able to get a full refund by using the video as evidence.
"Ultimately, it's just really frustrating that somebody feels they have the right to take something that doesn't belong to them," she said.
The Metropolitan Police says it's made significant progress in tackling parcel theft across London and more operations are planned in the run up to Christmas.
