Man who died after A14 lorry crash named by police
BBCA man who died after a crash involving a lorry on the A14 has been named by police.
Suffolk Police officers were called at 02:26 BST on 7 May following reports of a collision involving a lorry and a pedestrian on the eastbound carriageway at Bury St Edmunds.
The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
Subject to confirmation at formal inquest proceedings, he has been identified as David Green, previously known as David Biggs, aged 76, of Bacton.
