A cyclist has been taken to hospital after being involved in a crash with an ambulance in Nottingham.

Police said the collision happened near the Savoy cinema in Derby Road, Lenton, a short time ago.

The road has been closed in both directions and a cordon put in place while investigation work is carried out.

No further information on the cyclist's condition has been shared.
