Tributes to hairdresser, 20, killed in crash

The family of a 20-year-old woman who died in a crash on the A27 have paid tribute to her.

Amber Street, a hairdresser from Sidlesham, West Sussex, died after a three-vehicle crash near Arundel at about 23:15 BST on 15 July, Sussex Police said.

Her relatives described her as a "talented and compassionate" young woman whose "infectious joyfulness" touched everyone who knew her.

Police said that no arrests had been made and officers were continuing efforts to trace a man they believe may have information that could assist their investigation.

Street was a passenger in one of the vehicles involved in the crash. Three other people were injured.

In a statement released through Sussex Police, her family said that she excelled in her chosen profession after training as a hairdresser in Chichester.

They described her as a "family girl" who was generous, caring and always thinking of others.

"Her loss is hard to bear but while tragic and incomprehensible, Amber impacted us all in profound ways, the legacy of which we will carry with us forever," the family said.

"Amber loved her family more than anything and was always thinking of others.

"She had a sense of care and compassion for others that was unmatched."

Her relatives said that her "wondrous spirit" had left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.

Separately, Sussex Police has appealed for Mohammed Rasauli, 22, to contact officers, saying it believes he may have information that could assist inquiries.

Anyone with information about the crash is asked to contact the force.
