Arrest after two men stabbed at popular waterfront
GettyA man has been arrested after two men were stabbed at a popular waterfront area, police have said.
Kent Police said officers were called to Ramsgate Harbour at 04:45 BST, following reports of a man with a knife.
Two men, one in Harbour Street and one in Harbour Parade, had sustained "serious" injuries consistent with stab wounds, said the force. Both men were taken to hospital.
A 21-year-old man was arrested a short time later and remains in custody, it said.
Police have appealed for witnesses or anyone with relevant footage to get in touch.
The force said additional patrols would be present in the area on Sunday.
