Police have appealed for witnesses after a 10-year-old child was injured after being struck by an e-bike while walking on the pavement.

Humberside Police said the incident happened on Hainton Avenue in Grimsby on Thursday at about 15:00 BST.

The child was taken to hospital to be treated for minor injuries, the force said.

Officers urged anyone with CCTV or dashcam footage to contact them, adding efforts to identify the rider were continuing.
