Drugs found hidden in young child's bedroom by police dogs
PSNIPolice have uncovered drugs hidden in a young child's bedroom.
The search was carried out by detectives investigating suspected criminal activity linked to the Belfast INLA in Antrim on Friday.
The drugs were found with the help of police dogs Kodi and Larry.
A 29-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A and Class B controlled drugs, money laundering, and child cruelty has been released on bail to allow for further enquiries.
The Paramilitary Crime Task Force (PCTF) said it recovered a quantity of drugs and cash in the search.
Det Insp Cathy O'Hara said: "We remain committed to removing dangerous drugs from our neighbourhoods and to protecting our communities.
"Today's seizure and arrest demonstrates the PCTF's commitment to tackling all types of organised criminality linked to paramilitaries."
