A murder investigation into the death of a "remarkable" Worcestershire man has been closed with nobody charged.

Paul Hart, 52, was injured on Belle Vue Terrace, Malvern, on 12 July 2025 and later died at Worcestershire Royal Hospital.

Three men, aged 18, 20 and 25, were arrested last year on suspicion of murder but police have now confirmed no further action will be taken.

"A file of evidence was passed to the Crown Prosecution Service who have advised there will be no further action and the investigation has been closed," a force spokesperson said.

Hart was previously described as a "legend of a man" and was known for running Legacy Moto, a club for bikers in Worcestershire.

His friend Adrian Giles said: "If you met Paul once, you'd never forget him. If you had a hug from Paul, you'd always remember him."

Giles revealed Hart faced challenges during his life, including dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder, but he always focused on other people.

"This is a man who was homeless a few years ago, lived in a bus, lived in a borrowed caravan," he added.

"He managed to piece his life together and then spent the rest of his life helping other people – a quite remarkable person."
