Pedestrian dies three weeks after being hit by car
BBCA pedestrian has died three weeks after he was struck by a car.
The man, who was in his 50s, was taken to hospital with serious injuries after he was hit by a silver Hyundai i10 in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, on 22 July.
The incident was on the A414 Breakspear Way, near the junction of Buncefield Lane, at about 10: 35 BST.
Hertfordshire Police appealed for anyone with information or dashcam footage to come forward. It added that the driver of the car had assisted officers with their inquiries.
Det Con Felicity Walker said: "Our thoughts are with the man's loved ones at this difficult time.
"We have been conducting several lines of enquiry since this collision took place and are now seeking the public's help."
