Tributes paid to teenager killed in motorbike crash
HandoutThe family of a teenager who died after coming off his motorcycle in West Yorkshire have paid tribute to him.
Joshua McBride, 18, died in hospital on Saturday from injuries he suffered after the crash on Burnley Road in the Luddendenfoot area of Halifax on 16 June.
West Yorkshire Police said no other vehicles were believed to have been involved in the crash and appealed for witnesses to get in touch.
In a statement, McBride's family said his death had "left a big hole in many people's hearts who were around him".
The statement continued: "Although there have been lots of ups and downs, Joshua was always kind caring and polite to those around him.
"Joshua's baby will always know who his daddy was and how much he was loved.
"Rest in peace to our star in the sky."
