A fourth person has been arrested in connection with a fatal stabbing in Wolverhampton city centre.

A man in his 20s died after being found with a chest injury at a car park in Clarence Street at 03:00 BST on Sunday.

A 37-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder on Sunday evening in Bilston.

West Midlands Police previously detained a man, 32, also suspected of murder, and a man and woman, aged 66 and 59 respectively, on suspicion of assisting an offender.

In a statement, West Midlands Police said: "Our investigation is continuing, and we are still appealing for anyone with information or footage from around the area to get in touch.

"Local officers remain in the area to reassure the community and listen to any concerns you may have."
