Motorbike crash causes life-threatening injuries

A motorcyclist in his 60s is in hospital with life-threatening injuries following a crash on the A303.

Wiltshire Police said a BMW R1250 motorcycle and a Toyota Yaris collided on the A303 eastbound near Bulford at about 17:50 BST on Saturday.

The driver of the car, a man in his 30s, was uninjured.

The road was closed to allow for investigation work but has now reopened in both directions.

Anyone with dashcam footage, or who witnessed the incident, is being asked to contact Wiltshire Police.
