Bus ends up on path after coming off guided busway

An investigation has been launched after a vehicle left the Luton to Dunstable guided busway and mounted a path.

Luton Borough Council said nobody was injured when the bus came off the track near the Skimpot junction on Tuesday morning.

Arriva UK confirmed the bus was one of its vehicles.

A spokesman for the company said "a full investigation is under way".
