Pilot suffers life-threatening injuries in crash

Hampshire Police said it was called at 17:45 BST on Sunday after reports of a crash at Popham Airfield involving a single light aircraft, which had overturned.
It said the pilot, a 62-year-old man, was taken to hospital with "serious and potentially life-threatening and life-changing injuries".
South Central Ambulance Service said the pilot had been trapped in the aircraft and was taken to hospital just after 19:00.
It attended the scene with crews from Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service, an air ambulance and critical care doctors.
Hampshire Police said it had also liaised with the Air Accident Investigation Branch.
A statement on Popham Airfield's website said both runways at the airfield were currently closed and would reopen and return to business as usual on Tuesday.
