Driver due in court over cyclist crash death

A driver has been summoned to court after a 38-year-old cyclist was killed in a crash involving a bike and a van, Lincolnshire Police has said.

The collision happened at Sloothby High Lane, Hogsthorpe, in November 2024.

David Graham, 64, of Beresford Drive, Sudbrooke, Lincolnshire, is accused of causing death by careless driving.

He is due to appear at Boston Magistrates' Court on 22 July.
