Police appeal for information after double M1 fatal

Two men in their 30s have died in a crash on the M1.

Bedfordshire Police said it was called shortly after 02:40 BST to a single-vehicle crash on the M1 southbound carriageway, between junctions 14 (Milton Keynes) and 13 (Brogborough).

"Our thoughts are with the families of the two men who lost their lives in this tragic incident," said Det Sgt Ben Heath.

"This was a very serious incident, and we would urge anyone who may have seen this vehicle prior to the collision, or who has dashcam footage that could help us establish the full circumstances, to get in touch."
