Man arrested after car crashes into wall
GoogleA man has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving after a car crashed into a wall in Wollaton.
Nottinghamshire Police said officers were called at around 01:40 BST on Sunday, after a red Mercedes "collided with a wall" between the entrance to Wollaton Hall and Bramcote Lane.
A woman found injured is in a critical condition at Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham, a force statement said.
The arrested man, who is 29 years old, is also currently in hospital with "serious injuries".
Wollaton Road is currently closed while officers carry out an investigation.
Police are appealing for any witnesses, or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward.
