Teenage boys charged with murder of man in his 40s
BBCTwo teenagers have been charged with the murder of a man in his 40s who died in Cheltenham on Tuesday.
The 15-year-old and 17-year-old boys, who cannot be named for legal reasons, have also been charged with robbery and possession of a bladed article.
They remain in police custody and are due to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on Friday.
A man from Cheltenham who was also arrested on suspicion of murder has since been released and will face no further action, Gloucestershire Police said.
The force said the charges related to an incident in the St Pauls area, where a man was stabbed in an alleyway between Albert Street and Hungerford Street.
Three people from Cheltenham who were arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender have all been released on bail.
