Revised plans submitted for former hotel site

Revised plans have been submitted to build on the site of a former hotel.

Red (L'Eree Bay) Limited is seeking to erect three new buildings on the old site of L'Eree Bay Hotel, which closed in June 2020 and since been demolished.

The proposals include include 15 flats, as well as two outbuildings, altered vehicle access and a 32-space car park.

Previous plans to develop 12 flats and two houses on the site had already been signed off in 2024 and then again in 2025. The latest application would make the site 26% bigger than the 1,569 sq m (16,889 sq ft) proposed last year.

No date has been published for when the latest plans are due to be adjudicated.
