Landlord's £3m property portfolio put up for auction
BBCA £3m property portfolio belonging to Edinburgh businessman Mark Fortune has been put up for auction.
The sale of properties across Edinburgh includes five flats, commercial premises and a £1.1m house.
Mr Fortune has had extensive property interests across the city for decades.
The property was seized from Fortune as part of a sequestration - the term used in Scottish Law for entering bankruptcy - started by the City of Edinburgh Council to settle the businessman's outstanding debts.
Several other properties belonging to Mr Fortune were sold by auction last year under the same process.
