Motorcyclist dies after crash with car

A motorcyclist has died after a crash with a car.

Emergency services were called to the B1063, at Folly Road, in Hundon, Suffolk at 10:15 BST on Sunday following reports of a road traffic collision.

A silver Peugeot 307 car and a Yamaha motorcycle had been involved in a crash before the rider of the motorcycle – a man aged in his 30s – died at the scene.

Suffolk Police closed the road until 18:00 to carry out an investigation, while the driver and the passenger of the car were both taken to hospital for checks.

A police spokesperson said: "Officers are appealing for any witnesses and asking any motorists driving in the area at the time of the incident with a dashcam fitted in their vehicle, to review the footage for any material that may be of assistance."
