Man charged in residential care assault probe
GoogleA man has been charged following allegations of assault at a residential facility for young people with special educational needs.
Maxwell Aghedo, 41, of Monks Road, Lincoln, was charged with common assault and will appear at Lincoln Magistrates' Court on 23 July.
Lincolnshire Police said the allegation related to Acacia Hall in Friesthorpe.
A 47-year-old woman was cautioned for common assault and ordered to pay £100 in compensation.
Four other people, aged 38, 39, 31 and 36, were also arrested on suspicion of common assault and ill treatment and/or willfully neglecting an individual. They have since been released on police bail as inquiries continue, the force said.
