Man dies after motorcycle crash

A man has died after a motorcycle crash in Bristol.

Police officers were called to the crash on Greystoke Avenue in Southmead at about 13:40 BST, Avon and Somerset Police said. The force confirmed a motorcyclist had died at the scene and his family had been informed.

Greystoke Avenue and surrounding roads - including Ullswater Road and Trowbridge Road - were closed while police investigated but have now reopened.

Officers asked anyone who has dashcam footage or witnessed the crash to get in contact.
