Two hurt and power cut as truck crashes into house
GoogleTwo people are in hospital and dozens of homes are without power after a pick-up truck crashed into a house during the night.
The truck ploughed through a fence and garden of a bungalow in Church Road, Pimperne, at about 01:20 BST on Tuesday.
Dorset Police said the occupants of the vehicle were taken to hospital but it was unable to confirm their condition.
Power distribution company SSEN said 48 customers were without power while safety checks were carried out.
Dorset and Wiltshire Fire Service said three crews attended and used hydraulic cutting equipment to release two people trapped inside the vehicle.
