Two people treated by paramedics after caravan fire
GoogleTwo people have been treated by paramedics following a caravan fire.
Firefighters from Suffolk and Norfolk, as well as the nearby USAF Mildenhall Fire Department, were called at 08:15 BST to Undley Road, near Lakenheath, to reports of a fire that had spread between a static caravan, fencing and vegetation.
The two casualties were treated at the scene by the East of England Ambulance Service, according to Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service.
Police and staff from UK Power Networks were also called to the scene due to the fire being close to overhead power lines, which prompted some roads to be closed.
The fire service said the incident was "ongoing" and its crews were continuing to extinguish hotspots.
