Seven charged after drugs worth £1.7m found in Aberdeen
BBCSeven men have been charged after drugs with an estimated street value of more than £1.7m were recovered in Aberdeen city centre.
Police Scotland said a cannabis cultivation worth more than £1.3m was found in a premises on Dee Street on Friday. It is understood it was at a former nightclub.
Four men - one aged 30, two aged 35 and one aged 40 - were charged in connection with the discovery.
Another cannabis cultivation with an estimated street value of £419,000 was recovered from a premises on Union Street on Monday. Three men, aged 21, 35 and 36, were charged.

Police said the three men held in connection with Monday's seizure were due to appear before Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
The four held over Friday's recovery appeared in court on Monday.
