Motorcyclist killed in crash in village
GoogleA motorcyclist has been killed in a crash in a Norfolk village, police have said.
The man, in his 50s, was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision at the A1062 Horning Road and Littlewood Lane junction in Hoveton, near Norwich, just after 14:25 BST on Saturday.
He was riding an orange KTM Super Duke bike and the other vehicle involved was a silver Ford Focus.
The driver of the car, a woman in her 50s, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving and taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre for questioning before being released under investigation.
Officers have urged anyone who saw the crash or has relevant dashcam footage to contact them.
The road, near the Bewilderwood children's adventure park, was closed until 23:25.
