Major road closed after serious two-vehicle crash

A major road has been closed after a serious crash involving two vehicles.

Gloucestershire Police said officers were alerted to the crash on the A419 Ebley Bypass between Stroud and the M5 at about 16:40 BST.

The A419 is currently closed in both directions between the turn-off for Kings Stanley and the roundabout close to Sainsbury's.

Police advised motorists to find alternative routes.
