Family pay tribute to 'beautiful' mum-of-four as man, 66, charged with murder
Family photoThe family of a woman who died following an altercation in Newport have paid tribute to a "beautiful daughter" and mother of four.
Specially trained firearms officers were called to the incident outside a property in St Vincent Road, Newport, in the early hours of Saturday 18 July.
Charlene Dowsell died a short distance away, near Chepstow Road.
Her family said they were in "shock" and had been left "broken-hearted".
Albert Williams, 66, from Newport, has been charged with murder.

"They say time will heal, but time will never change how we as a family feel. You're so loved by everyone that really knew you," the tribute said.
The family added they had been "finding comfort" in their memories with Doswell.
Described as the "foundation" of the family, they said it was "heartbreaking" that her four children have been left "without a mum".
"You're at peace now our beautiful girl. Gone but never forgotten," they added.
Det Supt Matt Sedgebeer said police enquiries were ongoing, and urged anyone with information to contact them.
